Sympathetically restored from Flear Farm’s old stone and slate farm buildings with many original features, our holiday cottages sleep from two to nine people and are fully equipped to make your self catering family holiday stress-free and relaxing. We even have DBS-checked baby sitters available!
Each of our 12 self-catering holiday cottages in South Devon include a well-stocked kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you’ll need. You’ll also find a variety of appliances including oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, helping you effortlessly cater for those big family meals. All our cottages have Smart TVs and full fibre internet, as well as a washing machine or laundry access to wash out grass-stained trousers too.
Step into our indoor pool and let the rest of the world melt away. Our crystal-clear 40ft pool is heated to a comfortable 30°C, and is wrapped in floor-to-ceiling views over the Devon countryside. Swimming lessons can also be arranged for little ones who are just finding their feet in the water. For parents, our therapist Donna will help work out any stress and tension you have in our relaxing spa complex, and afterwards, take a moment to let our enclosed steam room and sauna work its magic.

Dog-friendly cottages
For larger groups, we have two wonderful options. Duck's Quarry combines the adjoining Duck's Nest and Quarry cottages to sleep up to 9 people, perfect for two families who want to be together but keep their own space. For the biggest gatherings of all, Flear House sleeps up to 10 and comes with its own private outdoor pool, making it the ultimate celebration base in South Devon.

South Devon boasts a rich coastal playground from sandy beaches backed by protected dunes, to rocky and raw coves weathered and sculpted by Atlantic South Westerlies.
