Sympathetically restored from Flear Farm’s old stone and slate farm buildings with many original features, our family-friendly farm cottages sleep from two to nine people, with Flear House sleeping up to 10. They're fully equipped to make your self-catering family holiday stress-free and relaxing. We even have DBS-checked babysitters available!
Every cottage is child-friendly as standard, with stair gates fitted, children's crockery, toy baskets, blackout blinds and step stools, and cots, high chairs and baby monitors free on request.
Each of our 12 self-catering holiday cottages in South Devon includes a well-stocked kitchen with all the crockery, cutlery and glassware you’ll need. You’ll also find a variety of appliances including an oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and dishwasher, helping you effortlessly cater for those big family meals. All our cottages have Smart TVs and full fibre internet, as well as a washing machine or laundry access to wash out grass-stained trousers too.

Our magnificent 40' indoor pool is heated to 30°C and wrapped in floor-to-ceiling Devon countryside views. Swimming lessons are on hand for little ones, and for the grown-ups, therapist Donna and our steam room and sauna are ready to work their magic.
On rainy days, the giant playbarn has everything: soft play, ride-ons, table football, ping pong, a pool table, a Wendy house and a trampoline.

For larger groups, we have two great options. Duck's Quarry combines Duck's Nest and Quarry cottages to sleep up to 9, perfect for two families who want to be together but keep their own space. For the biggest gatherings, Flear House sleeps up to 10 and comes with its own private outdoor pool - it's the ultimate celebration base in South Devon.
South Devon boasts a rich coastal playground from sandy beaches backed by protected dunes, to rocky and raw coves weathered and sculpted by Atlantic South Westerlies. Relax on the beach while the kids entertain themselves with digging and driftwood or take them for their first or your first surf lesson in Bigbury's rollers.
