Q. How big is the swimming Pool?
A. 40ft Long x 20ft wide.
Q. Do All The Cottages & Lodges Have Dishwashers?
A. Yes all cottages & lodges are equipped with dishwashers.
Q. Do all cottages & lodges have central heating as well as log burners?
A. All cottages & lodges are fitted with log burners as well as central heating with exception of the Dairy which has central heating only.
Q. What time is check in and check out?
A. Check in is 3pm-5.30pm and Check out is 10am. We cannot accept early check ins or late check outs due to access and cleaning of the cottages. You are welcome on site to use the facilities to help with your travel requirements but this must be agreed prior to arrival or late departure.
Q. How do we gain access if arriving late?
A. Arrangements for late access can be made via the office. Please call 01548 521227 or email us to discuss.
Q. Is all bedroom, bathroom & kitchen linen supplied?
A. Yes all bedroom, bathroom and kitchen linen including fitted sheets for babies' cots are supplied, with the exception of swimming pool towels (except for Flear house where pool towels are included).
Q. How far away are the the nearest shops for basic supplies?
A. Kingsbridge is 3-4 miles away and has a wide variety of shops including a supermarket, bakery & high quality country butchers.
Q. What children's equipment do you supply?
A. We supply high chairs, cots, stair gates, baby monitors & bed guards, by prior arrangement, so they are ready for you when you arrive.
Q. Do you have a baby sitting service?
A. Yes, baby sitting can be arranged with our trusted babysitters and child minders. Contact details can be found on our babysitting services page.
Q. How far away is the coast?
A. We are surrounded on three sides by south devon's stunning coast. Most beaches are 15/20 mins away by car. See our beach information page for more information.
Q. Do you have broadband/wifi access?
A. Yes wifi is available in all cottages and play spaces.
Q. Do the cottages and lodges have telephones that can be used externally?
A. Yes, all cottages have landline telephones that are able to call out to the emergency services, as well as flear farm landlines and mobiles, all free of charge. They can also accept incoming calls free of charge.
Q. Do the cottages and lodges have DVD players.
A. Yes all the cottages and lodges are equipped with DVD players. A large selection of DVDs are available to borrow from the Playbarn.
Q. Can the whole of Flear Farm be booked for a large party?
A. Probably not, but perhaps depending on the season. Book as far in advance as possible to avoid disappointment. Please call 01548 521227 or email us to discuss.
